When: Saturday, February 5th, 4pm Jakarta time (+7).
Where: SEA b.net server (meaning, no NA accounts).
How to sign up: Simply post here with your b.net account and character code. Be sure to inform me of any character name change.
The Rules
Players must play their matches at the scheduled match time. Players that are more than15 minutes late will be disqualified and will not be allowed to sign up for the following tournament.
Spectators must get permission from both players prior to the match starting, with the exception of referees and casters. Any spectator that is slowing the game or lagging is required to leave the match.
The first match of each round will be determined as follows:
Ro128: Lost Temple
Ro64: Metalopolis
Ro32: Xel Naga Caverns
Ro16: Shakuras Plateau
Ro8: Scrap Station
Semi: Xel Naga Caverns
Finals: Scrap Station
All matches will be played as a best of 3 except for the semi-finals and finals, which will be played as a best of 5.
Each subsequent map will be determined by the loser of the previous match. The winner of the previous match gets 1 veto.
All replays need to be e-mailed to miloinindo@yahoo.com.
Any racial slurs, hacking, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate will lead to a player being disqualified and banned from all future competitions.
Disconnects will be replayed if it occurs in the first minute of the match. After 1 minute, if both players agree, the match will be replayed. Otherwise, a ref will review the match. If it appears that the player that disconnected was losing the game, it will default to a loss for that player. Otherwise, the match will be replayed.
The brackets will be posted on challonge.com once 128 players have signed up. All players will be assigned a referee and a chat channel.
Match results and questions should be directed towards the referees or posted in the chat channel.
A chat channel (DSMO Standby) will be made for standbys. Only the first 20 standbys will be used.

I can't find my name in the brackets page anywhere, and since my name is on the 1st page of signups it can't be because I applied late.
I realise that since its your tournament you can exclude anyone you want for no reason whatsoever but i hope its just an oversight.

Do not release the bracket before the tournament. Just show it once the tournament starts. Try to think of a "check-in" system to avoid no-shows as much as possible or just give BYEs and DQs for the no-shows ruining the first round. Open registrations at least 2 days before the event itself.

Thanks for the advice, I may try it sometime in the future. I am already going to change it up a bit and try something for the next one. Today was to disorganized and took over 8 hours... at least the semi's and finals were really good games :-)
