He looks like an immigrant. That is the ucrainian police. Ucrainian police is insanely crazy when it comes to get some money from passing people. My relatives had an incident when police stopped them and then, distracting by talk, stealed some stupid paper from their IDs, so they could have something to point on and have an opportunity to gain money. Lol. Never, I mean never get involved with ucrainian police. They are like marodeurs or bandits. As someone said in the comments on this link. First they stop you, then they think how they could get money from you. | ||
