The matchup is broken and has been for months. Protoss refuse to see it and skilled Terrans managed to hide it by abusing MMM. Now when that no longer works Terran has nothing to transition to = they lose the game. | ||

I'm sorry, but Rain is just a terrible player. He kept getting supply blocked, which may have been the nerves, but his siege tank upgrade was way too late in the first game. His scv micro was pretty horrible in that steppes game as well. | ||

I guess we're going to see a lot of this nonsense, now that a Protoss won. The statistics show that the match-up is fairly-balanced (though I'm pretty sure that T is slightly ahead), but Protoss is definitely not all-around stronger than Terran lol. Our Protoss player was better than your Terran player. That doesn't imply race imbalance, just skill. I'm fairly certain that general race advantages move from one race to the other as you go from the early game to the mid-game to the late game. Anyways, I'm extremely happy that MC beat Rain, as expected  | ||

Terran gets off a nice EMP, or shatters an army with tanks? NERF! Zerg outmacros and swarms? NERF THEM! oGsMC plays? NERF PROTOSS! And in answer to the guy who asked why MC didn't make Pheonix to lift the tanks - it's because he's MC. He could build nothing but observers and warp prisms and still break the contain. | ||

Is that a level only consisting of Rain and MC? Apart from MC's game there haven't been much indication that Terran is at a disadvantage. Just like Terran seemed to be at an advantage in season 1 and 2 if you disregard one single other player in each of the two seasons. People pay way too much attention to who wins the GSL. Overall representation in the later stages of the tournament is a better indication of imbalance - results from tournaments and ladders all over the world is an even better indiciation. | ||

Terran has to end the game early or they'll lose. Rain was probably going to lose anyways regardless of his race, Made alot of noobie mistakes. Pulled off some nice tactics though on certain maps. User was warned for this post | ||

I mean, in between the time from getting gateway units to getting MASSIVELY GAS HEAVY UNITS THAT REQUIRE MORE THAN ONE BASE, Terran usually should be doing stuff. Like pushing. Or dropping. Or winning perhaps. That's like saying "Man, I know your late game is stronger than mine, and even though I have the tools to keep you from the late game, I'm going to call imbalance when I do not use those tools properly and lose". | ||
