after MLG Dallas (big stage NA tourny) and now GSL (the BIGGEST stage) it seems that if esports wants to get serious these sorts of things need to stop happening.. whatever the reason.. makes it feel like a lame lan party rather than a professional competition.. anywhoooo thats my whinge ![]() ![]()

Maybe have this as a 4th map on the rotation and then just go on down to the next map if anything happens. and then the map switches from jungle basin to scrap station.. (for example) imagine the outcry.. or DQ .. or som other supposed race favouring map

Both players agreed that the game was in too early state to say one was closer to winning than the other and decided to go for rematch. Sorry for the trouble

OMFG please listen to this guy, I can't believe so few seem to be aware of that. You ALWAYS get the connection window UNLESS you are disconnected by battle.net itself. That's how this stuff works, no exceptions really.

Source: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=141496 I seem to be remembering this: - A new game will be played under these conditions. 1. Power/Network issues. 2. Computer error. 3. An unintentional or unknown bug in the game. 4. When a member of the audience enters the booth or does something that makes the game unable to be continued. 5. When it is no longer possible to determine the winner and the loser. 6. If a game stops due to an emergency. 7. If the referee decides that the game was over, even under the above conditions, the game will be considered as if it ended and the winner will be decided. - Even if the observers drop, if the players are still in, the game will be continued. - A regame will be pushed to the last game of that day so that the players can take time to refocus. - GomTV and the referee can make decisions according to the situation. EDIT: Ok, missed that note on line 7 there. Good thing they are doing a rematch I guess.
