@FireFlash Just wanted to say that you do a really good job at casting. Especially considering your doing it just the 2nd day as you said. Already better than some of the regular casters.

Well he had lost his whole colossi count and the drop did loads of damage. So he was out of the game. Terran would have gotten resupplied very quickly then pushed before he had colossi out in any large enough number to defend.

im pretty sure he played 4 gate because he want to end it quiek...this also counters the banshee/raven allin.
but on LT it sucks because terran can shoot down the cliffs 8[
I'm just going to say as an observation to your casts so far...
If you don't know who the players are, that's no reason to BM them as hard as you did.
Calling Avilo and Rei "Jobbers" and saying on stream that "I hate casting these games I just want to see QXC" for your own tournament is pretty unprofessional. Honestly the strategies they used were not far out there, I feel like you just didn't understand them. As much as you cans ay you were joking you didn't let up, you BM'd them pretty hard and if I was one of the players I would be pretty upset at what you said in front of so many people. They are both pretty respected players and you should know that.
Saying that Rei was "Probably not skilled enough to go for a Raven build" after which he builds a raven makes you look pretty ridiculous. You have some big names in your tournament and it could be great but casting like that is pretty difficult to watch.
Leave the comments to player skill out because when it turns out you don't know what you are even looking at it makes you look pretty unprofessional.
Not trying to be oversensitive, it's just my thoughts if you are trying to run a serious tournament here.
Edit: You mentioned that you were new to casting and are just trying to get better, and this is just meant to help you do that.

While the final battle was happening there was a drop by allaboutyou that destroyed all of Tyler's gates, as well as his robo, and a ton of probes. Tyler was demolished. It wasn't premature whatsoever. It just seemed that way cause you were paying attention to the main battle.

Lol that's exactly my point: I couldn't see what was going on with the drop because the casters never showed it. They showed the marines leave the vac and then focused on the main battle. The main battle was close -- Allaboutyou barely held after pulling SCVs and losing a ton of them. Then suddenly GG . . . we never got to see what happened with the drop.
I dont know if you were watching a different stream or something, but on Brandon's stream they never showed the drop or even what was left of Tyler's base after it. So it's hard for me as a viewer to fully understand the gg, and that's annoying.
This is really just a suggestion to improve the casting so viewers can get a better idea of what's going on and why the game ends -- make sure to keep track of drops, especially drops that have the potential to end the game.
both players Rei and Avilio knew I was kidding as I talked with both of them. It was mainly a joke, because of the 84 bunkers we saw the game before. It was just for some comedy and both players will be welcome back to the $500 this weekend. Real talk though, I am proud to have both players in the tournament and I wish Avilio the best in his next match and look forward to seeing Rei back here in action for XBLGaming.

p.s I will make a formal apology to both players tonight on the live stream just to clear up some of the BM which was intended just to be a joke.
as for me missing the drop in Tyler vs. AllAboutYou, I was focused on the main battle as there was so much going on in the match.
Tyler's Pylon and Robo Facility and 2 gates were destroyed and then his troops left the base because Tyler defended it. It was only my 3rd night ever casting and I will improve on that tonight.

I didn't really mind the fake BMing, though it did go on a bit long. But I did find it quite annoying that you seemed to take the chat comments re: your casting personally. I don't know why it bugged me but somehow it really did.
Your casting was fine... but even if you did a flawless cast with perfect obsing and played the stairway to heaven with your cock at the same time the chat would still be full of people shitting on your casting abilities and complaining that you missed a note in that first solo.
If you follow the GSL LR threads on here you'll see people complaining about tastosis all the time, just as they did with day9/jp/wheat at mlg. Not to mention the fact that every progamer that loses a match is instantly overrated or just plain bad.
Just remember that unmoderated chat is basically on the same sub-human level as youtube comments, it's the place bad trolls go to die and should be ignored at all times.

Fenix has been D/Q'd. I think he deserves it for being a no show for that long.

It wasn't a landslide >_< it was 3-1... and Duffman GG'd in Game 2 when he had an advantage Plus, the games themselves were remarkably close each time If anything, I would say those games were extremely close and decided by very small advantages (except game 1)
