Yeah, it's still a pretty big deal. Lots of people use it, but but far more don't, and there aren't many stronger general curse words. The only stronger one I can think of, really, is "cunt," ("the c word") which is about as taboo as you can get without getting into straight-up bigotry. You'll basically never hear "fuck" on network television or basic cable, for instance. It might show up in an HBO series or something like that, but that's about it.

1-3; Jinro beat him, but he took out you (in an extended series), Nazgul (down to losers), and TLO (out of tournament).

as a personal warpup:
i enjoyed this MLG, great games with great players.
but, in my honest opinion, the extended series crap has to go, it ruined this finale and multiple games during this MLG and was in my opinion a issue during MLG DC.

Agreed, and if you watch LO3 after the game, they brought it up, and I think everyone agrees it was a bad idea. It is mainly there because they just adapted the Halo format to Sc2, which doesn't work.

I think (and hope) MLG is listening though.
I'm pretty sure some of the controversial rules will be revoked or changed during the offseason and we'll launch into MLG 2011 very happy.
I mean they did a freaking poll on their live blog on the side of MLGPro.com and over 70% of the viewers voted "It gives an unfair advantage to the winner."
I think that means they're listening to feedback if they would even do a poll on it.
