What??? You keep your shoes on while at home?

SC2 might allow for more success based on player mentality and vision than mechanics, which gives scrubs like me hope.
Jinro B+? Are you joking?

"I CANNOT PLAY TOURNAMENTS WITH CLOTHES ON!" He means even when he is practicing at home.
I know, he just keeps bringing it up in tournament settings.

Can someone quickly explain what extended series means exactly? Doesn't Jinro have to win only one best of 3 series because TTone already had his allowed loss? That means if jinro loses the 2nd Bo3 comes into play?

Go Jinro. First time ive really rooted for a Terran player.

Actually if they had done the rules properly, it'd be one extended series(that could knock the WB player into the loser's bracket) and one more Bo3 with both players in the loser's bracket that knocks the other player out of the tournament. The main issue is that they aren't following their rules properly.
I guess it will be a bo7 and an additional bo3. Day9/Djwheat just messed up explaining the procedure..

Extended series means you play a best of 7 taking your first match into account. So Jinro is up 2-1 right now playing a best of 7.

I thought this was funny that's not the complaint dude... /facepalm the complaint isn't that it didn't give jinro a "bigger advantage" it's that it gave him a SMALLER advantage than he would have if the rule simply didn't exist. But if rule didn't exist, LIQUID`Nony would have had a unfair chance to knock out PainUser (2-1 but PainUser is 3-2 total) You do realise that Painuser lost to someone else in the WB right? That's why they are both in the LB. I mention this since people simply ignore this in their posts. Why should PU's score from his loss in the WB matter less than Tyler's score in the WB? Answer that at least if you are going to post your opinion. PainUser knocked Tyler into the LB, so he should have some type of advantage if they face off later in the tournament. Do you want someone winning a tournament with a losing record against someone? I don't.

I'm 99% sure it's just this extended bo7.

That's what the normal procedure is, MLG rules are so confusing I don't wanna bother figuring out if it's actually like that.

Oh man, I soooooo want Jinro to win this!

so if tt1 wins 3, do they start a new series?

SC2 might allow for more success based on player mentality and vision than mechanics, which gives scrubs like me hope. Yeah PU was B+ after around 4-5 months of playin and then switched to SC2 beta... Hopes in check please... j/k!

"Normally" this would be the case, but because of the MLG-rules they have to play a BO7 with the result of their first BO3 (cause they have met in the WB) counting. So it's a BO7 starting 2-1 in favor of Jinro, which is worse for Jinro than two straightup BO3s where he only has to win one.

I have no idea what the hell format this finals is in. He's up 2-1 so what does that mean. Is this bo7?!?! so confused
