Crossing fingers for more zerg. TvT PvP and TvP so boring ZvT is by far the most awesome matchup.

There have to be some name players in there but we don't know who they are. Seems that no-one is paying attention to it because there are no foreigners. Well, Losira and NEXFreeSaGA are about to play a match. JustWeRRa and oGsGon are on the other side of the bracket. All in all, D-2 is pretty stacked.

Would very much like to know more about group D. Anyone got info on that?
Edit: Posted above, ^

Nooooo Jinro, Artosis, Haypro IdrA getting in is a relief though, if not expected. TLO better get in. Tasteless would be sweet but I'm sceptical.

Noob question: how do you guys know who's playing? Apart from the foreigners I can't read any of the names and I can't imagine you all can read Korean :p. Is there a languagepack that I need to install or do you just c/p names into google translator and then search?

Well of course some people on TL understand korean, there's plenty of people posting from south korea also .

well I guess Jinro and Haypro will be flying back any day now.

Its not really in your own hands if you play Zerg at the highest level, you need to have opponents that are weaker players in order to advance, if they're on similiar level they're gonna crush you and this should be obvious after GSL 1.

The creep / blighted ground is the only zerg similarity, so I ask - have you ever played UD? You mean Undead's with zerglings-ghoul, roach-fiend and muta-gargoyle harrass? Yea, certainly nothing like zerg.
i agree with the zergling and mutalisk comparison but the fiend is more like a stalker

he was a b-teamer who was really good in the Dream League (league for b-teamers) but he always choked on TV

Three foreigners, please.. its it too much to ask? : )

Doubt it, I think they will be staying for the next GSL. Why you hatin?

but the fiend is more like a stalker I think the range and burrow points more to roach.

aside from wisp harass, gargoyles are nothing like mutas, aside from the fact that they shoot projectiles, roaches are nothing like fiends.
leaving out the fact that you take 3 units out of an arsenal of 15 or so and say that the races are similar. they don't play alike at all. which isn't that weird, since WC3 is a different game. not just like bw-sc2 different, but completely different.
yes, ghouls are like zerglings, but that's basically it.
there are many similarities between wc3 and sc2, but they're kind of mixed up. nightelfs buildings that can walk around is kind of like terran, but at the same time they have drone-like units that disappear when the building is built.
The guys who made WC3 were obviously BW developers for the most part and borrowed a lot of aspects from it.

I'm pretty sure he wont be able to compete in GSL #3 because the competition will be so much more fierce.

Just out of curiosity, when did Heosat start working for TL? I only know him as a friend of Husky.

=[ sad about moon. but it's not like he's playing this game seriously yet haha

is it just me, or is there a LOT more good players that haven't played today? with today over, that's 25% of the qualifiers set.
meanwhile, we still have almost all the oGs (top, inca etc), all three TSL, rainbow, nada, july, boxer, and people like checkprime.
i really hope we dont see some retarded shit like nada having to play rainbow in qualifers and getting knocked out. that would be a huge shame.
