The only ones that I think have a chance are Clide and Rainbow. Maybe InCa because I don't think Tester's PvP is as strong as his other matchups. Cool would have a chance but I think hes too disadvantaged playing zerg.

The phoenixes were to pick off the vikings, since vikings usually circle the protoss ball and get extra shots in the colossus. But now with phoenixes, you can defend those circling vikings and if you have phoenixes left over, lift up some marauders.

few people seem to know this, but phoenixes actually come slightly ahead when fighting against vikings - phoenixes have bonus vs light, vikings vs armored, so nobody gets the bonus; the larger viking-range gets negated by the speed of phoenixes; phoenixes have nearly the same health but also shields; vikings do more damage but phoenixes have nearly 2x the attack-speed

overall it comes down to phoenix-micro being WAY easier than viking-micro

phoenixes also make it easier to fight against drops and pretty much negate marauder-kiting after an army-trade; I was always reluctant to incorporate them, but after this game (and one game I've seen from NEXGenius where he used them) I will definitely give them a try
