He's going to get 2-0'd, no offense intended. He hasn't been practicing much lately, and at his peak he was clearly a level or two below Idra.

I hope it'll be back for tomorrow's report, was very useful. Or one can look this page http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/index.php?title=2010_TG_Sambo_Intel_Starcraft_II_Open_Season_1/Main_Event&stable=0&redirect=no Use draft version (already linked though) rather than stable one.

(Mirror matchups, 2xPvP, ignored) 6 P though. 6 T through, 4 Z through. 15P, 10T, 7Z have played. Racial balance of those played so far (32 player): 47% P, 31% T, 22% Z Racial balance of those who have made it through: 37.5% P, 37.5% T, 25% Z. Racial balance of the 64 original players: 42% P, 33% T, 25% Z ZvT is 1-2, not 2-1 and only 3 Zergs are through, not 4. Idra > Acupuncture Zergbong < LiveForever Cella < Maru TvP is 5-1, not 5-2. 7 Terran have won but 8 are through because TaeJa got a walkover after Xian dropped out of the tournament. 5 Protoss are through, not 6. So the correct stats are: PvZ 2-2 ZvT 1-2 TvP 5-1 8 Terran are through, 5 Protoss are through, 3 Zerg are through.

He's a much better player than people tend to give him credit for, but it's true he's just not in a position to prepare well at the moment. I believe he went 0-6 in the american esl groups recently. 0-4 and didn't show up for his third match.

That guy turned out to be the top favorite to win this tournament at least for me. He showed off some skills that only bw progamers had shown so far. Losing that all in attack and still winning the game was the most op thing i've ever seen.

Haha, it was a good match but have you watched any TvX's lately? I mean I swear they go allin (take tons of scv's off mining) and yet manages to catch back up due to mules lol.

The sentries came at the EXACT time he needed them, then the blink push came right before collosus tech finished. Not taking anything away from his play, I think his blink/forcefield play was the best micro I have seen all tournament.
