Demuslim calls his own build gay in self-deprecating way: "how unprofessional and disrespectful this guy is trash" very true Demuslim never, ever acknowledges his opponent for beating him. It's always him not playing to his potential. That's why I don't like the guy at all. might be true, but take a closer look at idra, acting like a 12year old every time he gets beat. but still people worshiping him ... I guess that just part of the whole internet culture. Nobody's denying it that Idra is a big baby. But he in fact does acknowledge it when people beat him. Most new people just don't understand Idra and where he is coming from. Then again, apparently, Demuslim acknowledged Idra too, but this is the first time I've seen that happening, hence my earlier post. maybe everyone got a stern warning about BM at the tourney? It's a bit harder to be bm right to someones face rather than sitting in your home a 1000 miles from the player you are tearing down.
The irony is palpable.

Well, the announcer had no trouble being a douche towards all the players, winners and losers alike!
"well we have 1 winner but really 2 losers"
:o !!

Creativity has nothing to do with effectiveness. Creativity is willing to try new and non-standard strategies. In that sense, his unit composition is pretty creative, regardless of whether it worked or not. The fact that it did work can be for many reasons including balance issues. But there's little doubt that TLO is creative.

But since they all can get away with 50 flavors of cheese for an extra-low opportunity cost and playing at 50 apm lower than the zerg they all do it. Guess who's the better player in the end? The one who sticks with Zerg. Most Terran don't even deserve half their wins against Z. Yeah because playing early reapers while taking care of your economy and expanding takes so little APM. One mistake and all your reapers are dead. Sure they might be a bit too strong in the beginning vs Zerg at the moment but it's not like it doesn't take micro to use them properly. Zergs were just as cheesy back in the beta before terrans figured out how to beat baneling busts.

I agree. The really good zerg players out there have to be far superior to the terrans to compete. Its really really easy to compete as terran right now. Easy to take early aggression while still prepping for midgame. meanwhile zerg has to fight there ass off just to keep their drones alive.

Hahaha that's sooo true. Yeah, just imagine the other races trying to be "creative". lol Just watch Dimaga trying to all-in nydus to get an idea.

He probably ment to say 2 winners since DM advanced despite losing 2-1

No, he said that for Hasuobs-Lucifron.

Indeed. Dimaga is easily "more creative" or "as creative" as TLO - but his race holds it back. Just like Whitera is probably just as creative, but Protoss has such fragility with composites that you generally only have 1 or 2 options causing Protoss to be shut down so easily.

Rofl, I have two kids around 10 years of age and they are good enough to micro reapers and do damage with them. Retreating up/down a cliff is rly hard, I know.
And expanding? rofl.. most every Terran 1-base for the longest time ever. They don't really even have to worry about expanding for a very long time thanks to lolmules (another hard macro item to keep up with as T) keeping them competitive.

6 Reapers: all of them surrounded by 20-30 Zerglings.
lol nps just kill them all before I lose any Reapers.

Yes, for those of us watching the stream in Rob's channel it was epic hilarity. You had to see this announcer at work to understand the situation. (slightly upset that i was warned for the troll picture, that was the entire point of discussion)
anyway he is a native German and he would interview the players after their games, however his bad English (a cover?) combined with a cocky attitude made for some pretty BM situations.
as Bad Binky said, in the Hasuobs-Lucifron game, even tho Lucifron won, he still gets eliminated.
so the announcer said in front of the crowd, with both players right beside him "Well we have 1 winner but really we have 2 losers"
there were many more examples of such blatant disregard for etiquette but i cant quote with accuracy, so you're just going to have to wait until it hits youtube or something.

Yeah, it was the last round when both of the players was eliminated from the competitions. So he was pretty spot on actually. One won the game, but both was losers.

Lets just ignore where the units come in the tech tree and make a stupid comparison, sure why not?

Quote of the day definitely had to be demuslim though, 'i have no idea what you just said, but yeah...'.
Pretty much sums up the whole day of the guy's interviews
