I don't think that's possible with SC2 because uh, as the game is starting you can see their races... unless you're talking about if a player wants to choose random? O_O; | ||

O_O; You have to declare your race before your told/see what race your opponent chose. It could probably be worded better, but it was explained on page 1 or 2 of the rules thread. You get some kind of foul if you try to change it after declaring it to the ref. | ||
