Well, Sfydjklm, technically I agree with your reasons, if the tourney was supposed to be super serious and all (I'm sure it will have very serious prizes), but in a 60-man community driven format, one should expect a more open roster. The core are solid tourney/ladder winners, but there are also plenty of "legends" and "oddballs", included there for other reasons (like entertainment), and who nevertheless are quite capable of sniping some of the hardcore. I'm sure you can do well in this tourney too, if you get invited. Also, people like Masq and Silver used to have much lower ladder ranking just a couple of weeks ago - I didn't even notice both have gotten to rank 2-3 in their divisions, that was not the case before. I've seen decemvre on the first few positions of his division too, but clearly neither him nor Silver are to be considered solid ladder winners; more like 0-50 division rank. And that's fine.

Silver shouldn't be invited as well as decemvrie. They wouldn't match against most of the player and they are overrated.

Its ok to put in some people even if we think they dont have a chance. It just gives some less famous people a chance to break into the scene. I think the core of this tourney are the huge names and thus will be a great tourney.

You have to give people like Silver or decemvrie or the hundreds of other players that are "good" but maybe not "that good" a chance at some point - its sink or swim for them.

Sorry but i don't get why number of viewers on the stream is connected with the skill of X person.
We don't want people popular but that who can at least try to win tournaments with the best players.
