Abver just won sc2tv.ru tournament and won 150 bucks all the while playing actual random(suck it TLO!). He soundly beat whitera in teh finals. | ||

Will take awhile I think before he gets his name out there but soon I imagine ^^ | ||

He seems like a nice guy, i watched his stream for a bit last night, but as far as i can tell he's banking on fast expention almost every game which is greedy and disrigards his early losses. I would like to fast exp every game too, but i'd die, so i dont do it. And even so, those players have way better macro then him and way stronger rushes to which he loses, hell, he even lost to me once on the ladder, and i'm not very good. | ||

I've won games against alot of the invited players but unlike most people i don't flaunt my replays everywhere just because i won a game against a top player. As some people apparently. About my early expanding... sure its risky. But only by losing a crap-load of games can one hope to begin to manage cheeses and rushes. I must say that after almost 284 losses i am starting to come up with ways to fast expand and still defend. I have even found a way to defend against mass reapers with a 14 hatch. How neat is that ? Still it did take me about 30 losses against mass reapers alone to do it. | ||

However since you brought up popularity who do you think is more popular you, or said Abver who is a) a rare random player and b) has been one of the best russian wc3 players for years. While you might be more popular then your average joe you are NOT NEARLY popular enough. | ||
