Decemvre is a great Zerg Player, so skilled and plays intelligently. Also he have a great stream and is really committed to the community he should get a chance to play on the HDH.

Well HD and Husky need to learn something about hosting tournaments from Koreans...
The guys from the world cup had additional accounts for the korean/chineese players to play on NA server.
So HD could get 2 additional accounts (well put it into the cost of the tournament - get them from sponsor money) like HDH_Player1 and HDH_Player2 that they would lend to players for a duration of their game.
