The noon deadline was never announced to me or shown on any of the threads regarding the tourney. I was given a deadline of the 31st which is today and I paid today.

Hey I would like to come and spectate. I might be bringing friends, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Do I need to pay the $15 before I go or when I get there? (if it comes down to it I can always pay paypal from my phone there i guess :/)

There will be an alternates list. If you already paid 15 you are set for food/drink/tshirt on site.
