That said, I still do hope this tournament picks up and games get played because there are a lot of good players in here and they deserve their shot at that nice prize pool! | ||

IEM interfered with MorroW and Dimaga's playing schedule, GSL with Check and DayFly's, there's really nothing hard to understand about it, they just weren't available for play. The RO16 games that were played haven't been casted yet and neither have alot of the earlier round games, so I don't see why we're in a rush. Organisationally there's nothing left to do but flying over to these players and holding their hands while playing. HDH2 thread has been up for over a month and they're not even done confirming players yet. And don't forget we had double the amount of players they have. I'm seriously doubting they will go any faster, and they're the only comparable tournament atm. I understand people have trouble with the tournament progressing so slow, but it's what you get for having all these nationalities and high-level players participating. I could've toned down in scale but that wouldn't be any fun either right?  I'm saying "me" now since JMS hasn't done anything in the past two months and has dropped off the face of the earth o_O | ||

Another thing you could do is put up a spoilered results list with latest results at the top, and individual links to the vods of the most recent games rather than just a big link to a youtube channel, a lot of people don't check the youtube channel and are just going to click on the OP to see if anything's happening yet. Edit: I missed the bit about JMS disappearing, I guess I would probably make a new thread if you can't get him to change the OP, at least when the finals start seeing as you'll need to update the brackets. | ||

This was the PM I got back from Saechiis. Wow, I can't tell you how disappointed I am receiving such a PM. I'm not even angry any more. All I get from American players when I say that they'll have to play at a time not completely of their liking, is that I'm discriminating in the favor of Korean players. Truth is that when you play early in the morning it will be late at night for them, and the same goes vice versa. The only difference is that they just do it, instead of saying that I'm biased or being angry I can't bend time. It's not even the first time I've gotten this shit. I've even given you the option of just randomly picking a time, and still you dare PM me suggesting I'm being unreasonable. You have an entire weekend ahead of you, are you seriously suggesting that you'll be occupied the entirety of the mornings and evenings during that time? Or is this too caused by me being biased? I was wrong, I am very angry. Anyway he apologized afterward, but I was way to frustrated by the lack of coordination. I had offered to play it for like 3 + weeks? Anyway I hope this tournament goes well for the other admins and the players. However, Saechiis, I am disappoint. | ||
