I dont get why they are casting on the internet and then restricting themselfs to German viewers like that, it doesnt make sense. Why are they not speaking English?

Why are they not speaking English? Why do koreans speak korean? Are you really that ignorant? This is a german event, catered first to the german viewers, some of which pay to watch the "premium" stream. If you realy dislike the commentary just hit mute.

Just wondering about why ESL is hosting in German. And come on dont compare with the Asians that have a completly different language and dont learn English in school neither do they have any of their media in English on their entire continent. You cant compare Germany with Asia since Germany is just a small country in Europe and they could ofcourse be speaking English. Since the Internet isnt restricted by country borders it just makes sense to host events broadcasted on the internet in English if you can. Would be different if it was on a German TV channel only broadcasting in Germany.

And so do Koreans. EDIT: I don't mean to insult Germans or Koreans, I apologise if it comes out that way. I obviously (in my mind) meant the leagues/casters/organisers need to l2 English or have their language + English streams. Pretty sure, especially for large tournaments the benefits would greatly compensate for the price of a couple of English commentators (think stuff like MSL finals, even this GO4SC2 finals, assuming they did enough advertising ahead of time - kind of like HDH did).
