This is my first tournament that I have planned on participating with you guys. You have a lot of work to do to make this more organized. Forum post says 6:00 EST Website post says 19:00 (that's 7:00 and no timezone...) Brack info page says 18:00 (that's 6:00 but no timezone once again) So, no information given on "check-in" time. My name wasn't even on the bracket, or if it was it was replaced with a "free win". There is no information on how to report wins other than a random email. There is no referee or anyone to contact if there are any disputes or issues. Names have been reported showing up incorrectly.

Names have been reported showing up incorrectly. all the gosucoaching tours are on fridays at 6pm est and theres no checkin, the reason why your name wasnt in the bracket was because you didnt add your character code(which was asked from all players) and the email you have to report your wins to is always on the main tourney post on gosucoaching.com the tourney was a little bit unorganized this week because the head tourney admin had an emergency at last the second so inka had to fill in and he has no experience with running tours, future tournaments will be more organized try to relax for now.. inkas doing his best

The site says it starts at 19:00 Eastern, but it started at 18:00. I don't even know where the brackets were posted. I'll admit, I should (and you too) should have been smart enough to post our names with our identifiers. I'll give them that. The brackets weren't ever updated on the main post though. It was just really confusing.

Not an offsite forum post for exposure to be the official information or digging through the bracket information. Like I said, this was my first one, so how was I supposed to know they are always at 6. When was adding our character code asked... ever? Not in the main forum page, not on the website and not in the bracket information. If it said so in one of the 16 pages of replies then I apologize for not taking time to sift through them looking for this piece of information that I wouldn't have known to look for in the first place.
