Well, he didn't really come up with anything himself to start. He stalked match history and got a replay from the other guy to get the initial build order, then added a different transition (If I understand correctly). It seems quite silly to try to brand your name to a build, as stated in a previous comments. If you have a unique style / way of playing a build that is highly successful, generally people will associate you with that build / style (I.E PartinGs immortal sentry). Trying to copyright an opener that has been around since WoL, even with a unique transition, seems quite unnecessary. The way this guide is written and the timing it was posted makes me feel it was far from a guide you wrote to try to add content to the community, but rather a way to try self promote or somehow try to "copyright" this build.
