Thanks for the great tool you've put in place. I'm trying it out, trying to concentrate just on spending and as i get more expands it becomes more and more difficult to spend the appropriate amounts.... lotsa work needed.
Another trick i got from another thread somewhere is to turn off sounds.
This makes you
- not depend only on the vocal warning of not having enough supply
- keep an eye more on the top right corner not to get supply blocked

Might've been it actually, if so thanks a bunch! To be honest, ive been munching on videos and tutorials and replays way too much to remember what video taught me what technique....
When i can't play, i watch more vids, when i can play i try staircase. And when i play with buddies (we try to do a peepmode every 2nd week with 6-8 players... ) i can see some improvement where some buddies i couldnt beat before i can crush em, or i have a better focus on my economy (did someone say mass 2/2 BC?)
But i still have so much practicing to do! Im at work thinking "wish i could be playing right now" lol

So, I'm on GG tracker but im not sure how this works. You do the steps until you get your goal league in the benchmarks?

@Dabba You upload your replays to GGtracker and then look at the stats, pick a league. When your stats hit that league 4 out of 5 games, move on to the next step.

I'm trying to upload replays into gg tracker, and it's not working. Every replay i've tried uploading today is at 0%.

I've been using the Staircase method to improve my macro and I'm stuck @ step 2: I don't have enough units that consume gas so my spending skill is left in bronze league time after time D:

Hey hey pluse! The trick is, only get the gas that you need. No reason to load up 3 workers at every geyser if you only need a bit for upgrades or w/e. You can use this time to get a feel for how much gas you need for each thing, then you'll know for future use how much you need

Nope, saturation is minerals only, that way you can get however much gas you need and it won't hurt your saturation.

Yeah no idea where this is supposed to be on the GG tracker site. I have clicked "The Staircase View" however there is nothing else to show>
Choose a League Goal: Can't, not an option
Choose a Race: Can't, not an option
etc

There is no button, to choose a league or a race.
You just chose them for yourself. You set yourself a goal, what League you want to play in. The same goes for the race. You chose it by playing with it in SC2.
AFAIK it is planed to have some evaluation, if you reached your league goal. But as it is, you also have to check it yourself by uploading the replays and comparing the badges for saturation speed and spending skill to the league goal you want to reach.
