Watching this live was just amazing. One of the best Brood War games I've ever watched.. so back and forth and so much action. WCG 2010 wasn't as fun for me as WCG 2009 was.. but this game was simply awesome.

It's sad that this game has so few downloads. I remember when I first joined this site (summer '09 or so) this rep would have already had well over a thousand downloads. oh well, fantastic game anyway, glad it's up.

Favorite game of wcg, and probably the summer.
Just loved the back and forth and how jaedong was always on edge.

Err, the previous wcg replays from this year were leaked.

WCG just finally officially released all the replays.

I dunno.. it just feels like they always try to withhold the big progamer replays for different reasons. Maybe I'm wrong, but when they first released some of the replays, a lot of this stuff was missing, if you know what I mean.

I wonder if flash cliffed Jaedong's nat gas at the same time as he cliffed Jaedong's 4th gas's gas what would have happened. Putting Jaedong on 3 gas for such a long time with so few units was brilliant. 2 gas would have been even worse. Plus I don't think Flash's defensive tvz style works as well on Tau cross as other maps. I don't think in general it works on 3 player maps well because its strength usually came from tanks on cliffs when he takes a main. Only reason why it worked as well with Moon glaive I thought was the extra fourth gas.

It's even more incredible if you watch it from either player's view.

You will be able to really sense the level of desperation both players were under.

Lots of little battles were going on around the map during the whole game. At one point Jaedong flies his mutas into Flash's base knowing that he would have his first tanks out, then he leaves hoping that Flash would think it safe to bring his tanks to his main army. So he camps a little just outside Flash's base, you can see for a split second Flash wants to just go for it and bring the tanks out, but in the end he waits for a tiny group of MnM to protect them from Jaedong's mutas.

My god, all I can think about after watching this is how well Jaedong played. It's like I was watching him evolve as a player in those very moments. That last battle literally had me sweating. I cannot describe how intense every second of this game was.

This shows how bw has been torn apart by 10 years of progaming.
So often i thought "wow nobody can survive this", and yet the game is so long.
