As others have pointed out, a Defiler that flies is a win on anyone's book except for Terran and Protoss players. I'm going to fear its pull hook the most. Swarm Host definitely could be the most annoying unit though, depending on the swarm's spawn time and the HP / damage each of them has.

The unit I enjoyed toying with the most at Blizzcon was the shredder, but I only had the chance to play HotS twice while there so I really didn't get a big chance to play with all the units.

The unit that annoyed me the most was the oracle, it flies WAY too fast and that mineral blocking spell it casts lasts way too long and takes far too long to knock down. Even with my mineral line ringed with turrets the Oracle can still swoop in and block my mineral line before dying. WAY OP. I have to believe some aspect of that oracle ability will be nerfed before it goes live.
