Thorzain vs MC! Thorzain seems unstoppable when he has time to prepare for his matches.

Kas vs Adelscott is gonna be the most exciting for me, unless Thorzain beats MC, which will not only make Thorzain my hero but also his match more interesting than Adelscott's

Either of the TvPs. Of course if Thorzain defeats Ming Chul then definitely that one.

ThorZaIN, BoxeR, Kas and NaNi for Ro4. :3

Can someone help me out with when this will start? I missed the first half of the last round, and I really really want to watch the stream for this. I'm EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).

Edit: Also will this be under the Video: Live Streams tab at the top of the TeamLiquid site? I'm not new to playing, but new to watching streams. Thanks!

there's a timer on the top right of the page, about 10 minutes before 0, an event called "TSL - Starting Soon" will appear in the callender and stream links will be underneath.

Boxer autovote. If Boxer can just make it to the finals here it'll be enough to make me cry. If he wins....

MC vs. Nani finals would probably be the best, talent-wise, in my opinion. But watching PvP finals in major tournaments is getting really old, even as a P player. I'd much rather see a PvT final, so I'm hoping for MC vs Boxer final. Ro8: MC > Thorzain, Boxer > HasuObs, Kas > Adelscott, Naniwa > Cruncher. Ro4: MC > Kas, Boxer > Naniwa. Finals: MC > Boxer is what I'm hoping for, really hard.

Although I WOULD like to see a Naniwa vs. MC match, because IMO it would be a really good display of top-level PvP, putting the best Korean P against one of (if not the) best foreign P at the moment against one another would tell a lot. Either way, I want to see MC in the finals, I can't get enough of his games; his play is SO refined and clean and crisped; you can just tell that he has practiced his build orders more than the other P players.

So many reasons to vote for all of those games:

MC vs. Thorzain:

Thorzain really impressed me in the previous rounds and MC didn't play too convincingly in GSL - anything could happen here so there is gonna be a lot of tension!

Kas vs. Adelscott:

I just love Adelscott's style. Nothing to add. Ah yeah, both are great players.

HasuObs vs. Boxer:

My favourite to watch since I like Hasu a lot. I think he can win versus Boxer and I'd be really happy for him if he managed to do so.

Naniwa vs. Cruncher:

PvP, but after Naniwa stating that Cruncher was "overrated" I believe there will be a certain touch to this game.

IT'S OK.

MC vs Thorzain will be cool, love TvP. I also love that 3 out of four matches are TvP.
Therefore, the semi-finals should be = MC vs Kas | Naniwa vs Boxer (another two TvPs)
I'm wishing for a MC vs Boxer finals, or MC vs Naniwa, but TvP is more entertaining

Boxer wins it all as far as I am concerned. The Emperor is playing in the TSL. Need anyone say more?

I am also hoping to see Cruncher take down Naniwa just to see how it'd explode the live thread. I am a tad evil like that.

Yea, because MLG is the be-all end-all of SC2. Show a little fucking respect for a good player. Just because he didn't win the fucking McDonald's of SC2 tournaments doesn't mean he isn't a really talented player.

I actually think it is a tie between MC-Thorzain and Boxer-Hasu... Boxer is really starting to get his stuff together, but Thorzain has really toppled some giants and I would like to see him get one more.

mc > thorzain
hasu > boxer
adel > kas
nani > cruncher

i think it is like almost certain that nani adel are gonna win and it is very very likely that mc will beat thorzain and hasu will own boxer because he does play very differently from nightend and he will aboluutely tear boxer apart i think

I'm looking forward to Kas vs Adelscott personally. Both are relatively new powerhouses to the scene and both have everything to prove going in to this match. They've also both seemed unstoppable so far in this tournament. I think this is going to be a great match.

Edit: I'd like to add that a PvP finals would be so disappointing. Go terrans!

How could you not think Hasu Boxer? Since we don't get to see boxer play much outside of GSL, and his decision to not play in GSTL, his recent successes have been very impressive, especially over Sen. If he beats Hasu, he has a shot to win his first SC2 title, and if you can't figure out why/how amazing that would be... well... ya...

MC vs Thorzain obviously! :D

Really close series. I think it will be be 3-2 one way or the other. If Thorzain wins he will win 3 straight up macro games and loose too 2 cheeses by MC.

If Mc wins he will loose 2 macro games and win 3 where he does some kind of timing push that Thorzain isnt ready for and just, dies...

I think Thorzain>>MC just because his beastly TvP!

Oh and the other matches, Boxer>>Hasuobs, Kas>>Adelscott, Naniwa>>Cruncher

Lets go for a swe vs swe final :D

Voted Adelscott vs Kas. I couldn't pick one between MC vs ThorZain and Kas vs Adelscott, seeing how udnerrated match is between Kas and Adelscott is i voted for it.

MC is quite in trouble imo, unless he deals with ThorZain and Adel deals with Kas, cause I don't see MC taking down those two terrans one after another when taking into account recent MC performance vs terran players.

Thorzain has mixed great execution AND innovative builds. I had not previously seen a hellion Thor combination be as effective as it was vs Tyler. It is refreshing to see Elite Terran players using builds other than the mundane and increasingly ineffective Marauder/Viking combination vs Protoss.

Thorzain vs MC is the premier matchup and I believe our EU Terran is the favorite given their recent records.

Unless Thorzain beats MC next round I really dont get what everybody is hyping him for. I mean Fruitdealer and Tyler both played like sh*t on those days. Of course that doesnt make Thorzain bad, but neither do those matches make him sooo good. Let's see what happens.
I think in Boxer vs Hasu drama and good matches are guaranteed, while games with MC are usually... Not that entertaining.

MC vs. Thorzain.

Thorzain has shown such strong, dominating play that I can't wait to see an actual decent challenge to MC, no offense to White-Ra, but MC simply showed he is the stronger player.

Although I am rooting for my main man Adelscott, I don't know much what to think of Kas, so I don't think it will be as interesting.

Hopefully Boxer will make it through again. Nawina vs. Cruncher will be the 2nd best match up I think, both players have shown surprising strength and steadiness in their previous matches, though not the level of dominance Thorzain and MC have....

Ever since Mondi got knocked out I have been praying for a Thorzain Vs. Adelscott final; two newly discovered heroes who are just awesome would be a sweet match up.

Boxer's game for sure, as always. He is prime to win the whole thing, he is on fire and nothing can stop him!

I find it very boring since all the Liquid guys, morrow and mondragon got eliminated. I usually like to watch Naniwa but PvP isnt my favorite. Guess Ill have to go with Adelscott vs Empire.Kas.

Hasu vs Boxer!!!!!!!!!
Though MC is my favorite player, I don't think that the match will be close and tight at all. Polls are predicting a crushing victory for him.

Polls mean nothing, this is proven by a LOT of games.
A game where the first thing you do is scout with a “worker”. Does that make any sense? Who scouts with a “worker”? That’s like sending out the janitor to perform recon, what general would do that? Retarded game.

Before watching anything: Boxer auto-vote.
After watching MC/Thor: Thor/MC all the way. Epic, epic games.

I picked Naniwa vs Cruncher.
I'm really curious to see if Cruncher can continue the awesome tourny streak he's on.
Not sure why he gets so much hate, he's a great player, and since everyone is on a hype about Naniwa and his performance and MLG, I think it's going to be a really interesting series.
Can't wait!

"Boxer wins the first Teamliquid Star League in SC2."

I don't think that more awesome headlines exist. That would have been such a crazy fantasy a year or two ago and now it could happen? He's kind of an underdog too, but has been playing well with his own flair. I'm pulling for Boxer the whole way, and I think everyone else should too.

I'm just now gonna go and watch the rest of the games so im actully not qualified to wote yet ^^

I voted CrunCher vs Naniwa. I like the players, and the micro displayed in those games (particularly by CrunCher) was just outstanding. They made PvP look fun and dynamic.
