Uh probably in a year is when there will be one is my guess. Too soon tbh.

Flash anti-fans will never be happy. He lost 7 ace matches in a row, and if it wasn't for STX's sudden slump KT would have lost 1st place, and with it a free trip to the finals. That's not winning when it counts. During those weeks he slumped, live with it. The best player in the world going 50/50 for over a month and letting his team down that many means he wasn't playing as well as he should have been, which is what a slump is. I'm not an anti flash fan, I don't really care, but it seems a lot of flash fans are also pretty delusional. I thought he had injured his arm.

for someone who had injured his arm he sure raped in his normal matches

Flash anti-fans will never be happy. Nobody is saying that. Almost 50/50 win rate for 3 weeks, and losing 7 ace matches in a row. 2010: Flash wins when it counts (PL championship), but loses too many games to scrubs (ace maces that have no relevance to the PL championship). I feel like a lot of the anti-Flash argumentation on TL grasps at straws, like saying that Usain Bolt sucks if he slows down in the last 20 meters because he is already 10 meters ahead of his next competitor and he has already won half the races in the season while establishing world record (ELO peak) after world record. Please, it's getting really tiring to listen to all this whine. Get more positive, root for Jaedong, the other great player, but please stop trying to put Flash down because he is not the perfect invincible Starcraft machine. He's not, he's human like all of us. He is just the strongest Starcraft player at the moment, and arguably the strongest of all time. But that's only concerning a small slump he had where he did, unquestionably, lose more games than he should have. When looking over his general performance this year I challenge you to find a single anti fan delusional enough to say that Flash loses too many games against weak opponents. I would think that it is one of the more commonly agreed upon things that Flash is probably the player in the world least likely to lose against a low-mid level opponent.
That's what we're talking about. We're saying those 2 shitty months were a slump, I don't know where you get the idea that we're calling his entire year a slump.

Btw, what does CBNC stand for? I've always wondered but felt too stupid to ask

Don't blow it out of the proportions. He had 1 questionable month. That's it. If you really want to stretch it it was 40 days. And it started just after he won MSL beating for the first time in bo5 his greatest rival 3:0. And going 50% is not shitty. It might be disappointing because it is Flash but lots of progamers can't even achieve this.

It wouldn't be nearly as interesting since Flash and Jaedong are still locked in their battle for world supremacy. If Flash wins this OSL then Flash is the superior player and Bonjwa. No question. Please no. I don't want this to happen. Bisu is the one and only bonjwa, we don't need another.
lol since when was bisu a bonjwa? since he won that osl? OOOOO SNAPPPP!!

I think it kind of makes sense that after 2 typically long games (which is what usually happened in his ace match losses) that he'd play worse in the second one with a hurt arm bothering him. But it's also clear that his opponent's just played really damn well.

Flash wouldnt admit that it had caused him trouble and used his wins in regular matches as a part of justifying it.

Also, Flash lost those ace matches due to other players preparing the map and strategy specifically for him. On several occasions he won against the same players in games played before the ace matches, where other players didn't know who would they face. He also mentioned in one of his interviews that he is not to concerned about those loses, because he was resting a bit. All in all, it was too long ago. If Jaedong wins the OSL in tight games, it will be very hard to decide who deserves the number one spot. It can go both ways. And since we know who is Plexas favorite player...

Sea or Stork are not part of the discussion for #1.

So, Flash finally gets on top (where Jaedong has been forever) and people start to make builds just for him? Like they've done against JD for.. ever?

Anything over 50% can not be called a slump. Please say "not doing has well has usual" or "not up to his usual self" or "not playing S" maybe. But a Slump means bad, like REALLY bad for a progammer. A player in a slump doesn't deserve to make it to the PR. Beside still think Flash is playing S.
For those wondering, no I'm not a fan of Flash. He's conservative play sometime annoys me. But he definitely is the most scary player right now, althought Jeadong isn't far behind.
My favourite player is Fantasy. VultMicro FTW.

That's just different people having different definitions of the term though. Some may say that you need to be god awful to be in a slump, others would say that as long as you are performing noticeably below your expected standard, you are in a slump.

definitely. i want an sc2 power rank because i don't feel like expending the energy to follow that scene as well as bw. but it makes no sense to remove the power rank for the more mature game.
