If he can beat Flash tomorrow than he'll set a new personal record, but then again WCG finals don't matter that much. It's still scary how far Jaedong will take a BO advantage and stretch it. It's good to see JD get into peak form just in time. At least, this time, the only excuse left is map imba.

Jaedong MSL finals while they are both favorites to get to the OSL finals, which Flash was in for the past two seasons and Jaedong won the two seasons before that.

Such a silly word, honestly. We'll have the OSL Round of 4 set, and the MSL and WCG Finals in the books by the turn of the month. I think after last night my ranking is pretty much unchanged. The Flash/Jaedong MSL winner gets #1, of course, and EffOrt falls if he loses to Kal, although I think Kal should come away with #10 no matter what. Obviously, there's some switching around with Free and ZerO depending on their OSL match, but otherwise, I think (barring a run from Action) that the ten that I mentioned will end up being the ten players on the PR.

And then another epic Crazy Zerg vs. Bio match on Odd-Eye <3 I did a 4 hatch before pool once I was going for 3 hatch before pool and transition in funky 4 hatch play that i ve been doing, then I forgot my pool, my opponent didnt scout me this was followed by the biggest rape in this poor guy's life.

But then SCV imba. On the two-player maps like Odd-Eye, Flash might again do scout --> CC-before-rax, which is safe against all but the fastest of pool rushes since he instead plants a barracks if he scouts a spawning pool. If 3 hatch before pool (with a drone scout) is safe against 1 rax FE, and it is, then 4 hatch before pool (with a drone scout) should be safe against scout --> CC-before-rax.

Flash's 15-game winning streak and general domination, coupled with Jaedong's overcoming map imbalance like a man to reach his third consecutive MSL finals seem to have respectively validated the other player in the opposing fans' eyes as a legitimate, ostensibly even equal opponent. Nothing would make me happier than to see both reach the OSL finals as well. Would be pretty awesome if they did, and then split the golds in two 3-2 series. Of course it would be even more awesome if Jaedong took both, but then the scene would be less exciting ![]()

He'll go billion turrets turtle every game and will 3-0 jaedong in the OSL. That's how bad the maps are. In fact, Flash might just do that in the MSL. It might irritate fans, but it's his safest choice with PR and OE3 as the first two maps.

You know the OSL maps are far better for zerg than PR and OE3.

It has always been Flash since 2008, then you have/had Mind, Fantasy, and Leta tailing behind Flash. Heck, I'd have to say I couldn't remember any other Terran on top since NaDa won OGN Masters, until Flash came along.
