Good post, nice to see some depth rather than letting stephano off the hook for everything. He's just not that into the game anymore. For the past few weeks on reddit, all the news that revolves around stephano is "stephano said this on twitter, stephano did this on stream, look at this screenshot of stephano pre-game chat, stephano snuck a knife on a plane" etc. All hype, really. Meanwhile, his performances at IEM, MLG, and Dreamhack have all been lackluster. There's nothing that's distinguished him from other foreigners like tlo, ret, grubby, lucifron, etc recently. I think his beast mode days are over. All this talk of him looking out for his post-gaming career, I don't see him returning to being the top foreigner again. He might get a good result here and there, but the competition has gotten a lot better and he's stayed the same. Balance isn't really an excuse. | ||
