saw this one coming. called it, even. he stopped streaming and he wasn't on the proleague roster, which would have made absolutely zero sense if he wasn't going to retire. seems like it was a rash decision, but often times that means it was simply a case of delaying it for too long.

Liquid.Sea was getting me back into the game, I mean I was watching his stream, he kills a scouting probe and celebrates! lol. It looked like he was having a blast, and thats contagious. but I guess it wasn't enough to keep him playing full-time. best of luck Sea, hope you stream every once in a while for fun.

Wow, this is really sad, I was really looking forward to seeing more of Sea in tournaments and leagues, he was by far one of my favorite Terran players to see play and his strats were innovative and worked surprisingly well considering he was still a new player in terms of SC2. I can't comment on his BW career since I wasn't around for it, but from what I saw of Sea as a person, he'll be greatly missed and I'm really sad he didn't have the motivation to continue as a pro-gamer.
