But By.Sun has only been fully dedicated to SC2 for a month. His last BW game was in September 9th, and you can't argue that he wasn't practising BW because he won his last 5 BW games.
The massive hype is definitely well deserved, By.Sun is a beast and I hope he becomes a double RR.
They've been doing 80% SC2 / 20% BW for months, so the excuse you're providing is flimsy at best.

No one has ever ever risen so fast as Rain has. And his late game PvT is undenibly by far the best anyone has ever seen to date in SC2. His late game play is simply the best we've ever seen in these 2 years of SC2.
He is in no way over hyped.
No one has seen as much StarCraft 2 success as Mvp has. No one else has won two GSLs more than a year apart. No other Terran has won a TvP GSL finals.
You know who also had the best late game PvT seen up till that point? PartinG. You know who took that title after PartinG lost it? Squirtle.
You know who gave us the first clean sweep in a GSL finals? Mvp 4 - 0 MarineKing.
All I have to say about these predictions is that 2 GSLs ago, TL writers said "TvP is historically MVPs worst matchup, he won't win" against Naniwa, then "Parting has the best PvT in the world, MVP can't win", then "Squirtle has been unbeatable, MVP can't win." Perhaps there should come a time when TL writers go against what their head says in regards to MVP and always doubting him.
If anything was proven in the OSL last night, it was that Rain is susceptible to creative early game all-ins and pressures. The same thing that MVP did 2 seasons ago in the Quarter-finals and Semi-finals to break the trend of greedy protoss play. I would expect to see 1 or 2 games for certain attempting to catch rain being greedy.

Yeah, after watching the last Mvp match, I'm certain that Mvp can still win without wrists. Every time I think Mvp is washed up, he delivers. It's almost bad joke.
Taeja is the stronger, more consistent player. Life is the brighter player. I think we'll be seeing TvT in the finals.

It's awesome to see that so many people trust in Mvp. At this rate, his reputation alone will beat players.
3-1 Rain? Anyone who claims to be able to predict how these games are going to go is full of it. No one knows how it'll play out, and you can never count out Mvp like that.
I don't know why so many people still think Rain is that good. Is this called overrated or overhyped? I agree he is a good player but everyone is talking like he is a 10 times GSL champion. I don't even know who is Last but he did 3-0 Rain. I'm sure as hell that Mvp will do 10x better than that.
Taeja - Life: hum, I think Taeja has been overrated as well but he is very solid indeed. More important, I dislike Life even more. He is a talent, the youngest player but what he did again MKP (ling dances...) are bad manners. His game plays are no special. Anyway, I hope and I think Taeja is gonna take it.
wishing for a TvT finals. Why? Because when my boy Taeja takes it home in the finals, I want him to do it against arguably the best SC2 player of all time!
