Woo, the cookie monster is back!

HSC is the coziest tournament by far and offers the best look into player personalities. It was the perfect way to start the year off and I'll be looking forward to the next one. Also, shouldn't bling be a winner there? He was hilarious throughout the weekend.

I learned that iNcontrol + Grubby could be a top level casting duo :D (Maybe ret + destiny also)
All in all I enjoyed every moment of the HSC and I eagerally await the next one.

awesome podcast, really really enjoyed it

Like people have pointed out earlier, why the ESLTV hate? They actually did a great job this time?

Your Destiny picture shows Ret when enlarged.

Koreans> Koreans living outside of Korea.LOL.Cute. HSC4 was definitely a nice tournament to enjoy.

Every TL Article has NA-Server bashing these days xD

stephano REALLY loves liquipedia

Great read. Ret is also a winner for perfect zero accent English (how'd he do that?) and top quality analysis - right up there with Grubby IMO.

Rather odd "Sort of Winners" but...oh well.

Nice read. I found the Dimaga cheering thing a little awkward and forced, since someone ran in behind him and was like, look it's Dimaga!!!

I would love to see him at the next Homestorycup, I think he fits perfectly in this kind of tournament.
Overall the tournament was the best I watched so far since the Beta of SC2. I watched a lot of games I normally wouldn't watch in any other tournament, just because of the casting/setting/atmosphere.
Incontrol definitely had a good tournament, even beating Thorzain in the tournament. The key was that everyone expected so little of him that he exceeded expectations by beating Thorzain and getting 3rd in the group.

Dude he won ONE match against a player who was already out !
Very good casting / entertainer qualities though.

You missed Goody in the losers list for acquiring the least flattering nickname ever: Supply Block Terran.

Impressing neither with his personality nor his in-game content, he was the only clear loser at HomeStoryCup. After his stock hit peak value after winning DHW 2011, he's landed back at being a very talented but very inconsistent player.
Really odd to me seeing Team Liquid writers calling out their own player as a loser at HSC.. Yeah, Hero didn't perform well, but he's on your team!

Look at what they wrote about hero, and people still constantly call out TL for bias.
