I really like that chart with the Raleigh rankings on it. Great stuff.

puma vs kiwi g1 was on testbug not TDA

and i think g2 was more interesting. you see puma going for his drop-heavy marine + ghost centric style in g1, but then gets completely rolled by Kiwi's 2 base all-in. In g2 he recognizes what his opponent is doing, adjusts his build perfectly, focusing on Vikings and a ton of marauders and completely crushes Kiwi's timing (game over in 5 seconds lol), while Kiwikaki just did the same thing in both games.

How is Idra vs SjoW not in the "Times to remember", I haven't laughed that hard watching SC2 in a LONG time. It's worth it for the commentary alone.

Nice article! Thanks. I always seem to be busy on MLG weekends and I can only catch a few game...

Epic tournament nonetheless. I'm pretty surprised Trickster did so well.
Try another route paperboy.

Nice write-up as always, guys!

Hehehehe, I remember being the first people (my friend and I) at barcraft (except, of course, for o_Oskar himself). It was the very first barcraft, and very, VERY few people came. My friend and I stayed until about 3:00, when we had to leave. I enjoyed so much of it even though I was only able to see three matches due to technical difficulty. My friend had ADD so by the time the match rolled around he just could not sit still anymore and had to leave. I had to go at three because I was taking a vacation to Ashland, Oregon. And that is how I remember being the first stranger to o_Oskar (he had two friends that he brought with him) to ever come to any barcraft ever.
Oh, my achin' hands, from rakin' in grands, and breakin' in mic stands

Is it just me or Bomber resembles Gandhi?

I forgot about Bomber and DRG so I added it in case people don't read comments, thanks for reminder!

that game is awesome

edit: also I don't know whats up with 2010 Raleigh, Sheth is listed in LP but is nowhere in the bracket so I guess he was invited but didn't go? I wasn't there and flamewheel doesn't remember.

I thought it was well known that sheth didnt attend any lans Until dallas 2011 aside fromm that he had attended 1 local lan of some sort.

Im fairly certain he wasnt at raleigh 2010, and does anyone really get invited to MLG?(aside from koreans now) Im pretty sure your only on the list if yoou sign up.

Thanks for the write-up! It was a pretty good MLG. There were a few surprises and it was great to see NaDa do pretty well, but Bomber just owning everybody made it seem a little predictable. Still was a good event and I'm fine that Bomber won, though.

Godamn, what an awesome MLG round-up, thanks guys!

It's now the wee hours of Sunday and I've managed to catch up on all the games I missed, that Nuke on Naniwa was .. damn Lol. Great picks for the featured games, hadn't seen a couple of them so it's good for us with different timezones to be able to catch up.

Can't wait for more BarCraft in Australia :D
Just a simple guy, going wherever this journey takes me.

The highlight of the tournament for me was nada beating puma in the extended series. He was so pumped after and deservedly so, he played awesome. And his I am nada cheer was awesome. I also loved when it was drg vs hero and camera was watching drgs fpv and crowd. Others hated not being in-game but I thought that view was awesome.

Its Korea. There's a reason why i jokingly ask every Korean I meet if they or their family have progamers nbd... at least we have a fighting chance to win these unlike BW
