It seems to have more range and depth to the voice, but also has worse (or more) compression leading to a very very slight auto-tune sound once in a while. Still, it is much better than TS2 and if you're used to someone's voice on vent you will recognize them immediately on TS3 so I'm happy with that. The second point is normalization is done during the setup of the program for each person's mic. It's still too early to tell if it handles the extreme low and high volume people yet but its better than stock vent at least. another big bonus that I never knew of is the attached chat rooms that are always on. Easier to use than vent's chat rooms / comments. So all in all I retract my previous reservations  gg | ||
