I still love being townie, but haven't had a full game as mafia. One game we owned and then Folca decided he's different, and the other stopped because it was thought to be imba. When that game restarted, i died first night. | ||

Well BC already confirmed he tweaked the families. Apparently Ver and I were originally in the same family. He "balanced" the families more. Also I think he said he rolled the CKs off a list of 30 players instead of the full list? Because its a tricky role to play. | ||

Way to give away some of the Reds, lol. My profile says it all; and, I haven't changed it for several months. Anyway, I try to keep my posts implicit and short. Two major mistakes: - Bandwagoning - PM Baiting I'll say this right now, I'm running for Mayor next game. Take your time to vote. Vote wisely. Who wants to hear my side of the story? Some reds were easy pickings this game and yet we still failed. Vivi came to me way too late; I already knew my fate. - I knew Qatol was mafia by the end of Day 1. I'll explain this later. - Ver MIA? Please, it's the oldest trick in the book. Besides, he's like a brother to me. It was too late to do anything about it because I usually always die by Day 3. Yes, I protected him unwilling on night one (truth be told, I was going to protect Mynock). It doesn't help when Qatol was the only one giving me info. This goes back to problem 1. - With that said, read between the lines! I gave you guys SOG on Day 1. Likewise, I gave our DTs a chance to make Caller and myself the core. I didn't lie when I pointed the Town to SOG, Caller and myself. I said only one of us is Mafia. As for the rest? Caller and I would make a strong core and we missed it. If the DTs did their checks we wouldn't have been in this mess and the medics would have known who to protect. There was no communication because Qatol disabled it. That's all I'm going to say right now. 3 easy Mafia and you guys only got one of them. lol EDIT: My MVP award goes to SOG. For being one of the most obvious mafia and no one doing anything about it. Qatol and Ver are a close second. | ||

There was absolutely no time to implement a plan, even if I trusted you and caller, which wouldn't have been a good idea anyways. Don't blame this on me and pyrr. I had one mafia nailed down, and he had several. We did our jobs, and were just unlucky enough to be killed first day. You shouldn't have to rely on DTs to accomplish everything for you, and instead should do things for yourself. Also if your mafia sense was so strong, why were you bothering to talk with Qatol? | ||

I mean this is the 3rd game I've heard 'lucky hits' and that's never been the case. I would have hoped people have learned by now that if blues act abnormally they will get punished. But yes Showtime as I said earlier I really was too busy up until I came back. Not a lie. SoG went rambo or something so we all accused him and he accused us. Was pretty bizarre. But he did get a very nice call on Vivi. Overall though people need to stop with this blaming of dumb townies though. The town overall is pretty much the same every game; the difference is dependant on who is on what team and how much the mafia influences the town atmosphere/controls game flow. As Ace says, you can have all the right info in the world but if the mafia can influence more people your info doesn't mean anything. Medics are simply out of your control (although medic is a very hard role) but don't you dare just sit back and yell at everyone else as you are also to blame ('you' is directed @ everyone who just keeps blaming stupid townies when they are at fault too). What we need to do is raise the overall level (because it seems pretty static especially since many players come and go). I hope the mafia forum (if it gets approved, please please!) will aid in this effort because then we can have a strategy guide stickied and have previous games easily accessible. | ||

)ETA: I also loved the overall format of this game. I think 2 mafia families + CKs was good this time around. It gives the Mafia an element of uncertainty they have to deal with also ^_^ | ||
