This guy has posted 3 times (2 in the voting thread), yet he hasnt added nothing to the town, while here most of us are arguing about the game and CK and other things he contents to make noise while proposing 0 not even a posible clue. - To his inactiveness he comes up against qatol but again instead of adding something or proposing an idea he is "done commenting what other people thinks about him" and he will come back to comment in the case someone offends him only. - He is aware that his response to qatol will be analized and took the time to predefend about this, this is so mafia thinking, then for all excuse he proposes his post doesnt matter that much. - Lastly in his first post, he starts creating doubts about the bandwagon qatol, and his reason is because its his first game. I will however, do three things in one post today in order to show you just what type of person I can be on TL and anywhere on the world. First, I will defend my position and provide details with evidence on exactly why the hell you are just plainly wrong and at the same time show just how idiotic one can be by making wrong and false assumptions because I will say this once and once only that making horrible and wrong decisions can cost the game in this mafia game, in Starcraft, and in real life. I mean, that's what AttackZerg did several games ago, and it worked flawlessly. That coupled with his apparent rage (if he were joking when he elected Fakesteve, and his tone appeared humorous to me, so I thought he was, then there should have been absolutely no logical reason for him to explode like that). Even if he is in mafia, it's completely nonsensical. With that said, I have two further tasks. First, does this behavior sync up with his posting habits outside of this thread? If not, and it should/would be apparent, then suspicions would rise even more. Second, are there any concrete clues that link him? His behavior to me seems stupid, quite frankly, and if he were mafia, then this would more than expose him. If neither of the two are looked at by tomorrow, I'll do that myself. Bear in mind, however, that he has and had the ability to stare at a computer screen and decide whether he wishes to say something or not. He's either very impulsive, or he has a reason to post the very strange (for lack of a better word) way he has thus far. Never underestimate that when making that judgment whether he is in mafia or not. Because of that uncertainty that comes with his ability to decide what he posts, I'd say it's more like 20%. Actually, if I read your post correctly, you're suggesting that there's another 20% of this guy we haven't found yet. What is that 20%? A townie? A marshmellow? | ||

In addition, his voting for 0cz3c seems like something a Mafia member would do, either because both inertinept and 0cz3c are Mafia misguidedly trying to affect the election or, rather more likely, because inertinept is trying to cast suspicion on 0cz3c. This is completely speculative; for all I know, he's just kidding around. It's either ominous or pointless. Either way, it doesn't make him look like someone worth keeping around. | ||

But ah yes, I realized it was the correct decision to post part of my answer before my little break in which I felt like I have proved something right at least in which means I can't wait to see that look on your face later on when you read it yourself. Moving on to my points, I think my last post as well as fellow members of this game can explain enough just what type of person I can be and what type of person I am at the least on TL and the internet. But I know someone here might think "oh hell, he probably edited that before I posted this" in which I hope no one really stupid enough to say that seeing how it was last edited on March 22nd. If that evidence isn't enough on just how much I can go overboard not only by overreacting, I suggest you search for all my OPs (not only Proleague LR) such as my trip to attend an actual Starcraft Proleague match where I have met sAviOr face to face. Now moving on to the second point of dicussion in which I wish to share, first being my accusations just becuase I overreact a little or a bit. (remember? So the second thing I will talk about today will be the fact that providing my opinions and thoughts regarding on how I see the possiblities of mafias and the type of people displayed here. You guys already must have found out what sort of person I am so I won't go on further again with that. I'll start with Malongo seeing how he's the one pointing the fingers at me the most. First off, let me ask this question to all, can you exactly prove Malongo as someone who's not as a mafia? Unless of course, he admitted it and gave us proof that he's not mafia, exactly what can we say about this fellow. I'll tell you based on my past experiences on Mafia games (the card one, not this), where people would try to fake one out by using all the possible details that one pulled that seemed out of ordinary (me) thinking I'm mafia when the truth is, there's a sick sudden plot twist that the person himself who's pointing fingers to others thinking they're mafia when he is the mastermind of all! So in that case, I wish to hear your testimonty after making me spend my time to actually write up all this when I am actually a lazy person unless something like this happens.... But to help you out and to clairfy some things, I already know how and what some of your responses might be such as the fact that you want to secure the game, you were doing the better of the community, and etc. I'll say this to you, I'm not an idiot when it comes down to reasoning and thinking skills. So I'll enjoy your response to this later on. Secondly, I will go back to another person who did sort of strike me though not as mildy as I've seen now, Qatol. Now, I'm not trying to disrespect anyone here, I'm just simply sharing my personal opinions and thoughts into this so I really hope I don't have to increase another level of my fire after this. Like I mentioned earlier posts, I did mention that some people mindlessly without any real detail on votes counting on Qatol with just one line sentence stating "I vote Qatol for mayor." That's it? Sure, I know some people are lazy and some people don't want to go more complex nor share opinion, I can understand that but wake up, this isn't one of those simple game where you enter a maze and the exit is on the other side. This isn't a game where the townies can just relax and let the detectives and others do all the work. Thinking comes a whole lot into this factor and I'm starting to think that these people with one liners just didn't had much of a thought on their brain when it does sort of require you to do so in order to win?? Another plus is the fact that it's very likely that mafias were part of the voting process who voted for Qatol in order to secure their suspcusion toward them and trying to just go along with the flow. Especially since the same one liners can also be a big potential mafia since they have no reason to go overboard with details when they can just say one single line like others have to just follow along with the wind. Does this make some sense?? I hope I'm not repeating things that you guys already knew but like I said, these are what my current thinking process is and just wanted to state for people who didn't think this far ahead. Note: I'm taking another small break here since I'm sort of talking to a friend on mine on the phone on 1:04 AM. Don't worry, it's not something like cyberish or sweet talking, but it'll probably take another 30 minutes at the least to see another updated post so... enjoy my points for now! Explaining why I said I wasn't going to post due to school and have been anyway: + Show Spoiler + Ugh I get obsessive about mafia games... so I've been trying to keep checking the forum to a reasonable level since I have so many term papers due in a couple weeks but so far I am failing miserably . I have terrible self control. Ocz3c clue/behavior analysis: + Show Spoiler + Ocz3c has "mystery box" in one of his quotes. A TV with a mysterious message on it could match this. Also, his name sounds like an incomprehensible block of text. His profile is in latin which could have been incomprehensible to BC (i remember last game a tattoo that couldn't be made out got some people to think it was korean or whatever in someone's profile). maybe he's abstaining because hes trying to be grassroots mafia candidate and he has to be the one mafia that doesnt vote for himself (because he cant)? I dunno. Is suspicious he didn't mention previous inactivity with an explanation. I kind of agree with his sentiment that there had been too much sole focus on the CK in the thread for a while just would seem so weird if ocz3c is the best candidate the mafia can muster given the high ratio of experienced players this time around. I know mafia has to have some big names this time so maybe they are just inactive so far and thus some mafia are getting antsy waiting. coolcrimefighter clue/behavior analysis: + Show Spoiler + coolcrimefighter could have something to do with Scaramanga warming himself up. (coolcrimefight has only his name to make clues from) coolcrimefighter looks like he's not going to be too helpful so probably not a huge loss unless he turns blue. Quickstriker behavior/clue analysis: + Show Spoiler + QuickStriker's outrage at being pointed out at kind of reminds me of pikachu last game for what its worth. I guess BC's death could have been a "quick strike" but meh. he could be a desperate blue and his comments seem consistent with what a noob innocent might say. I just read malongos post about quickstriker and he makes some good points i hadn't thought of yet, like about how he's not helping us at all. Of course, coolcrimefighter is not helping town at all either. Also, striker is a soccer position. That could be fodder for making clues, but I don't see anything to link to that. Guess there could be something about refusing to work as well. Maybe BC died slowly because the mafia decided to quit doing his job? The TV could have been said to have stopped working. Those are both weak as hell though so I am wasting effort even thinking these links perhaps. why more clue links = more suspicious, even early: + Show Spoiler + One thing I've realized after the last few games is that we often catch people based on the wrong clues. While clearly there is unlikely to be more than one small clue per day linking to a specific person (ie, that one post about how there are 3 seperate phrases linking to 3 lions in the day 1 post), the more plausible links from a suspect to the clue post the higher likelihood that one of them is correct. Last game BC (think it was him) came up with 3 great links to LeperKhan (getting knocked over easily, bullseye in his profile, think there was another one i forgot) but the intended clue was something we linked to someone else. Just something to keep in mind that coming up with a bunch of links for someone doesn't mean they are innocent because there couldn't be so many intended links. I think you should evaluate it taking into account both the quality and number of links (many shitty links is less than a few good links, but many good links is probably better than one great link because if a link is too great its probably too obvious to have been chosen by BC) Inertinept clue/behavior analysis: + Show Spoiler + the last game he played he gave up and admitted being mafia and whined. maybe he is also not putting much effort into this game and is voting for another mafia regardless of what it might cause and without even getting confirmation from / coordinating with ocz3c. That last sentence looks like it could be the truth if neither speak up to explain otherwise with something logical. One other idea, inertinept could be mafia and some mafia are just voting random people to try to spread out suspicion on to the hapless people they are voting for, so when the mafia get caught we go after innocents they alone voted for in an odd fashion. I don't think mafia is clever enough for that and I'm not sure that's even clever because we wouldn't make that mistake more than once. Ok, going to add some inertinept clue analysis here: I didn't find much. "with a gust of wind, perhaps" could be something stoking a fire but really doesn't fit the phrasing / layout of the fire section at all, imo. Can't think of anything about inert or inept to fit. Maybe the sound behind BC was wind? ehhh I don't really have anything good at all for a link to inertinept. | ||
