Yes, it is winter. Yes, in the places where we live, in the houses where we sleep, and in the woods where we hang those stained with the red letter M, it is winter. And winter seems to us to be a time of darkness and a time of death. But I tell you my fellow townies that a spring shall come to us. I tell you that victory will approach us, the innocent and the humble. Everything seems to be dying or to have already died in the winter. Everything. But something stays alive. Trees. Evergreen trees. And I myself am one of those trees. A green, innocent tree. A tree that, although surrounded by death, is also surrounded by other living, thriving, and blossoming green trees.

I ask, I beseech, I urge these green townies, of which I myself am part of, to help illuminate those beneath them (i.e. below the trees), the startled, chaotic, and worried town, but also to shield the town from the setting, murky, dangerous, and red sunset.

I think I've thrown away suspicions from me. I hope. I was right the last game in my suspicions, so I warn the mafia now: I will find you, wherever you may be; wherever you may hide, I will scour the woods and I will find and I will destroy the mafia.
