I on the fence about rayn. Some of his posting seems really townie. His (smoke induced?) ramblings from last night is not a very typical thing for a scum player to do. They know its too easy to fuck up and get caught.
At the same time he lied. LIED. openly and admitted it. Thats not a very townie thing to do. And the explaination is very weak too. "I had a plan. Forget that. Made new plan. I lied, but trust me now". He even waits a few post before explaining that he no longer know shockeys alignment. If you plan changed shouldnt you tell town? I dont know. Its just such a weird thing to lie about.

It only takes 4 people for the counter to increase leaving 8 (eight!!!) people to do as they fucking want and we wont know. With the setup being at it is they can just write something convoluted and no one would know better.

Dirkzor it's true, if it takes 4 people to up the counter, then all 12 of us visiting would make the counter go up to 4 no? So yea I don't think all of us visiting is a viable option either...

If no players visit the Database, it will continue to destabilize, causing the Corruption Counter to increase by 1. In addition, if too many people (half a majority of players alive - for example, 4 players with 12 players alive) visit the database, the corruption counter will increase by 1. At corruption levels of 1, 3, and 5, a special effect will occur that will modify the game in some way.
if more than half then the majority goes it increases more then 1 it says nothing about it being additive

Its not that you should react. Many havent reacted. Its the fact that you did and then didnt at all anyway. You made a list. And one of my most important posts you just sorta forget but remembers anyway?
If you know that you going to the database is a huge win for town why not try to make it work? Prove to the rest of us that it would be the best idea. Instead you give up. And you didn't even properly try.
