Some themed games are easier to digest than others from a mechanical point of view. Fibronacci (judging by the comments in obs qt and posts in game) was difficult for most people. It would have been one of the more difficult ones for me I think. That said, my biggest annoyance with some themed games is not so much with how a host designs his or her mechanics but how town generally stop hunting for/playing the actual game of mafia and focus on mechanics most of the time to detriment. Not everyone does this, and it's not complete chaos in every themed game but I usually find mafia more often than not the old-fashioned way in these games anyhow. Yeah some mechs might be dead giveaways but many aren't. | ||
