I reckon mafia have name snipers and fake claims so that they can draw out these people by suggesting races/names that those other people could be looking for.

I don't think damdred looks town at all, he seems to be adapting to the information people are putting forward and then twisting what he said to match it as if he was saying that all along. First it was 3 factions, then it was about wincons etc. Suspicious.
