It doesn't confirm you though. If you flip mafia then town!rayn would never receive a gun and neither would mafia rayn. If you are town then mafia rayn can lie about it.

I know, but mafia!Rayn has no reason to not use the bullet. Town!Rayn not getting the gun because of RB is fine. Mafia left me alive because 80% of the thread wants my head. Town!Rayn not vigging somebody either means he's lying about not getting it (Mafia!Rayn just blast somebody last night) makes no sense. But Rayn isn't leading the thread right now so it makes enough sense to leave him alive. I'm easy to leave alive because a lot of people think I'm mafia.

Mafia!Rayn doesn't have to use that bullet until he's about to get lynched or the kill would put mafia at majority. He can just live his days as hidden scum vigilante until the ability is the most powerful.

I don’t think you understand how night actions work. Hosts wait till end if the night to resolve. That way people can decide what to do till :59. They won’t then PM the recipient “hey here’s a gun you want to use it now?” And put the game on hold till the person pm’s them back.

Oh well that's not what I'm use to but this site has faster actions. If their's double kp tomorrow night that might make Rayn mafia then.

Actually though why sit on it? Now that we have a night kill any higher KP will either indicate SK or I gave my gun to scum. Why wait when it puts town defensive regardless? More so when I heavily hented that I was going to give my gun to Rayn so unless Rayn is mafia then mafia or SK should of killed the extra KP last night to implicate Rayn and moving towards their wincon. Yep, Rayn's town.

Well I get the optional now, never seen it written like that anywhere yet. So ES started with a gun, night action was pass it to rayn. Rayn claims not to have a gun. ES concludes rayn has to be town although that doesn't have to be the case as rayn can be lying scum.
Either way I don't think all of this has to make ES scum. It just looks like it might as well be unfamiliarity with the mechanics.
