2) What you've posted might make a good argument for a No Lynch, but we can't do that in this ruleset. It appears we'd forfeit very little by lynching someone like currentlyhomeless, but I can't put his percentage of flipping red very far above the baseline (if any)

I wouldn't know from personal experience aside from my first game here. He only stopped doing stuff after D3-ish in that game. And that was after his team-mate died D2, I think.
