General notes on items and actions:
Items can be used on any phase given the conditions on them are met. Any item can be given to other person. Giving or using items counts as a visit. Roleblock blocks player’s every action (except for votes and actions that are specifically signified as unroleblockable), items used during a phase are not lost if roleblocked.
