probably was too tunneled on hf being the cop. made alot of sense for a real cop hf to fake check after he was roleblocked since he wont ever get another check anyway

TBH I don't really know about that. Usually parity cop don't get 3 perfect checks on alive players by D5. He can be killed, he can check players that are then killed, there was a RB and a miller ... don't know if that was really town favored.
And to add to that SL was not even dead yet. Not blaming him to give up as it's a hard spot, but with a GF being a potential scenario he could have tried hard and maybe turned it around. It's not like TW and Skynx were super townie. TW saying "mm I'll vote Skynx and I'll reread Rels / SL after" and Skynx ninja voting TW when he had a big case on SL was easy to push.

like, let's imagine there was a GF in the game. SL was GF. The checks and the game would have been the same but the setup would have been more fair in your POV ?

It's still ridiculous setup. Mafia are forced to kill masons for 2 nights(!!) or make them out to be mafia. That's -2 people to their lynch pool instantly as well.

That's like 2 extra nights really towny talkative people can live. Which is never a good thing for mafia strategy.

Then there's also a parity cop that has - 2 people in his pool of people to check so that's 10 people to check between which really isn't difficult to find 3 mafia. The masons also mean the parity cop gets his checks off regardless.

Masons also means he can check them for perfect checks. The thing is double innocent child in a mini setup is OP. It makes it easy for Town to shrink the lynch pool pretty dramatically to get off good lynches.

To me the thing was that they had to go through so many towns before they could nk anyone else. I think shooting rayn n1 was a bit of a mistake, should have started with one of the masons probably. For me it was easy to check people since I pretty much knew who was going to survive, and mafia didn't really have too much chance to nk me.

Was genuinely upset (lex isnt gonna let me play games like that lol ><)but that's between individuals and myself, and we've already talked. So yeah.

Also yes masons in mini is town favored. Parity cop on top is kinda lol. Have to agree with most of the balance statements here get ><
