Overall, I never had to be in a preposition as a host to warn someone other then scott for editing a post, or activity/not voting. I often find it that I am often holding my warning power's to my chest, and favor just MKing someone if needed. Obv this isn't the way to go with behavior problems, unless extreme. Honestly, I prefer a later warning, when it is clear that the thread is going down hill. (like that of Rels vs Koshi/Shape/others in nut(this was because of Rels being scum read, and my BS narrative read that got him lynched after it  )) because A) it lacks much influence in the thread (TR will prob. come from the fight itself, then the warning) and still keeps it cool.Pre-warning I might issue if people seem to be pissed or something, but it would be in generally piss off situations. Something like "hey X, we are noticing you are being super aggressive towards other players. We would just to like to remind you that behavior is blah blah blah. I and other cohosts are here if you need us." or someonthing along those lines. | ||
