Day 3 Senator FecalFeast was known for many things, one of which was not his party food. What he was known for however, was his subtle approach to things, and his slyness in getting bills passed through the senate. FecealFeast always had tactics to get his way, most of them legal, some not, and one legal but highly gross and highly unneeded. That is why senator Blkcoffee and FecalFeast both got along with each other well. Both were moderately quiet, both were sly, and above all, Blkcoffee reminded FecalFeast of himself when he first started. Not only that, but secretly, if need be, any repercussions of his tactics could be blamed on Blkcoffee. It was a late, cool night; they both were on their way towards the Dunked Soldier’s Inn. The Inn was often visited by a number of senators, including the late Kush. They reached the door of the Inn, making small talk about the state of economy. Truly, it was such an epic conversation, that words alone cannot describe the epic talk about supply and demand, goods, services, sale’s tax, and mint condition Rome cards. They enter the Inn, the smell of ale hit their noses. All around, patrons of the bar sat, drinked, and gabed at eachother. Music from flutes filled the air. The two senators scanned for their target, a dark cladded man sitting near the back door. They were here on an important mission for the senate. The suppose man was no where to be seen. “Perhaps we are early FF.” Blkcoffee whispered to FecalFeast. FecalFeast hated when people called him by his nickname, FF, but understood that saying the words “FecalFeast” out loud would just sound stupid. FF held back his rage, for now. FF and Blkcoffee made their way towards a small, vacant table. Together, they sat down, and waited for their target. None of the staff bother them; blkcoffee had a certain reputation at the Inn. The staff knew that if he didn’t come up to them, he was here for something else than a drink. Half an hour had passed, and no sign of the man had arisen. Then, a man dressed in black appeared in the doorway of the Inn. FF sat up straight, while Blkcoffee tried not to stare at the figure. The man made his way into the Inn, he went straight towards one of the innkeepers, and purchased a drink. He slowly made his way towards the table near the back door, sitting with his back towards the rest of the inn. FF nodded towards Blkcoffee, Blkcoffee sighed, and made his way towards the table. “I thought senators were supposed to be higher than patrons?” the man said, his grin just barely able to be seen through his clothing. “And I thought I wasn’t going to meet a much more cliché man in a cliché setting.” Blkcoffee responded softly. “Perhaps not, Though, at the end of the day, who turns to who?” the man said, extending his arm out, welcoming Blkcoffee a chair. … Meanwhile, FF had already made his way into the backroom of the Inn (thanks to Blkcoffee’s reputation.) Unknown by most, the Inn had a basement that allowed for a person to be able to hear any conversation that would arose. The inn keeper was just that nosey. FF made his way down, he grabbed a torch, for it was too dark to be able to see where he would be walking. He crested down into the basement. However, the section that the table was above was blocked with crates. Cursing, FF sighed, and just waited, Since it was already agreed that they would meet down here afterwards. … "So you see my predicament yet senator?" The man said nonchalantly. his hands join upon the table. "I cannot help you, unless you help me, but if I was to indeed help you, I would have to worry about you continuing to help me." Blkcoffee just blanked, he wasn't sure if what was just said made at all sense. He nodded anyways. The whole discussion made little sense to him, but at the same time, open his eyes to the truth. He couldn't believe he could be so blind. "Than do we have a deal than senator Blkcoffee?"the man asked, offering a handsake. "Indeed we do." Blkcoffee said, shaking the man's arm. The man slide the drink towards Blkcoffee and got up. He made his way to towards the back door and exited it. After the door was shut, the man gave a evil laugh, and two other cladded figures did as well. The group went onto the night, searching for the nearest guard. Blkcoffee made his way down to the basement, with two drinks in his hands. FF was waiting. "How did it go?" FF asked. "Fine, a bit of a mad man if you ask me." Blkcoffee said, as he hand one of the drinks towards FF, "a toast to our success." FF took the drink and cheered with Blkcoffee, they now had Casear's exact whereabouts.FF and Blkcoffee would be stars among the republic for this. All they had to do was repo.... FF grabbed at his throat, it was swelling. "I am sorry, but it is better this way." Blkcoffee said, slipping on his drink. FF tried grabbing Blkcoffee, yet he couldn't reach. Foam starting to come out his mouth, and he passed out. Blkcoffee shrugged, and turned around. In one swift move, his head was chopped off by a guard. FecealFeast, the roman senator, has been killed! I'm not terribly keen on telling blues when to claim but doing so today is not bad. I'd leave it up to the blues themselves to do what they feel is best. Keep in mind that we are potentially nearing endgame, does your role serve much purpose in the last day or two of play or can you provide town with info that may help us out. Fake claims could be nasty though if we don't have the lynchs left to properly sort them out. So yea, blues claiming is a bit of a double edged sword but it might be a risk town needs to take to turn this game around. | ||

So this puts us in 5/3 which means if we mislynch today the game is over. 4/3 going into Night phase, 3/3 next day (assuming no saves, which is super unlikely). Since we can't no lynch... this is gunna be rough. | ||

If emperor/Skynx were Mafia teammates with Tictock, then it's fine to go for them as when we find the Mafia in them, it'll lead us to Tictock next day. In the scenario where Tictock was misled town, emperor/Skynx still have a high chance of flipping Mafia on their own. So either way, it's best to go after emperor/Skynx and let Tictock sort himself out for a later day. It gives us more time to discern his alignment. As it is, the only thing you're doing is pulling the trigger right away as a gut reaction to a bad flip. But note that the same situation happened in D1 with you where you were part of a mislynch on QuickTwist. So I'd advise taking a step back for now. Moosy being this level headed and sensible actually scares me a little. It's been forever since I played with him so hopefully this is just his town game improving. | ||
