Theoretically, he could of also shot Kush, and prob. not even be incriminated by it. The only think a Scum!Palmar needed to worry about there is a save. | ||

i mean even if he is, the thread sway kush can command versus mine is tiny. and i don't mean that as an insult, more an explanation of why i'd be shot over him in the case that palmar is mafia | ||

So this theory kinda does follow his kill logic from what I know. | ||
