Nothing happens, then N3 comes, I or you die (most likely me) and then we are in the same exact spot, just with 1 less townie to make sense of things. If NNN died last night, then it means doc most likely protted me or you, so it's like throwing a dice to see whether doc will save someone on N3 or not.
