The reality is that the host decides what he will tolerate and what not. This was always the case aswell. There are lenient and strict hosts and if you got banned for less then you obviously joined a game with a stricter host.

I think the difference here is that it is quite clear what Damdred is referring to and it is game-relevant. He is calling LS stupid for LS' read.
What you basically said is that Damdred cannot call LS stupid for his read because Damdred's state of mind is something something something in comparison to LS'... I don't really see how this has anything to do with the game?
Same goes to what LS said about ritoky. There is just no justification gameplaywise to post a comment like that.

I don't agree though. Because you added a personal insult to your post for what reason? I don't understand the reasoning other than you wanted to insult them with something that has nothing to do with the game. It's completely unnecessary, and whatever emotional state you had at that point doesn't matter. It's still completely unnecessary and insulting and can't be read any other way.
In a same way almost everything could be explained from "c'mon i was just talking about the game, it's quite clear if you look at my mindset" and there should be no behavioral bans since i highly doubt anyone actually ever wishes anyone to die or thinks they are a piece of shit or anything like that.
I just think calling people bad or stupid or moron is different than going into someone's person and making comments about it. And no, i don't think adding the word "player" after doesn't change anything when it is clear one's post is purely just an insult and nothing more.

I would just poke Palmar, like I said, and see what he thinks. Ik marv followed closely (I think) so get his views as well. If Palmar didn't follow, get palmar to sign off on Marv opinions (or Ryan's)
But till then (since we can argue all day about it) Spike case. As everything is in place, and most parties are here.

He first was warned when he missed a vote. I sent (And posted in the coach qt IIRC) a PM about it. When the Night phased ended, I didn't remember anything he posted, and looked at his filter (along with Kuragari42). It turned out, that he had not posted At all during that entire cycle, which broke the 3 posts per cycle (night and day) rule for activity. Due to this He was removed from the game. I couldn't replace him out either, due to it being day 3. Requesting public opinion on this, I do not think he has been of TL since his dissaperence, and there might of been RL issues.
Kuragari42 & Race Bannon: Both failed to vote once during a day phase, both were warned In game. Other than that, they followed all rules set inside the game, and shouldn't be punish farther than maybe a warning. So therefore, I am requesting a "mild" (if we even have those ) warning for not voting. Other than that, Game went well. Will host dif. more, when I get time to set up one. Might even make it C9++ for ole Kush
1 game ban for spikasaur and warnings for kuragari and Race Bannon are approved.
If people have complaints about spikasaur's play in another game, they'll have to bring that up with the modkill / ban list actions related to that game. Koshi, I haven't heard of a request for a spikasaur ban from the host of the game in which you found his behavior reprehensible, so there is no request that I am able to approve. You are welcome to reach out to that host once the game is complete and let him know your concerns, of course. Otherwise, the matter of things related to this particular game (Newbie XX) are now closed.
