the thing is that's gonna happen anyways. someone is gonna shoot someone.
then you go into their filter and and see what they really thought. if someone makes an argument against the shooter then you go into their filter and compare it with the argument. way more effective than trusting things like "see i voted here huehue" when saying you are gonna do something actually doesn't mean anything if you are not the first one to do it.

all in all it gives mafia outs if people just look at your "vote tally" because in fact the reality is there only has to be one mafia online when the deadline passes, other scum can say whatever they want as they don't have any influence on who is being shot anyways...

Still catching up, but lol @ the people who want to shoot me. i have more filter in one day of this game than in the whole game of the other one where i was scum, and i got lynched d3 or 4 there, taking advantage of my anonymity.

i might reveal my identity to push my agenda further, which is to lynch hts in particular cause i dont care about her later posts if a few were enough to convince me. i also might not reveal myself and just get shot, rayn definitely has the balls to do that as either alignment, but he will just hurt town and himself, and i definitely have enough schadenfreude to let that happen.

the latter is much more likely as i cba to make multiple smurf accounts.

talking reads:

moving rayn to the townpile cause of his later posts, some lengthy ones in particular i dont think he would have made as scum. but its not a read i will apply to the entire game without looking back. thats just me being me.

koshi martyring didnt look good, then again i can see it coming easily from town perspective, first cause it isnt made to look good, second cause ive been in his shoes already, which is why im smurfing. people will always try look at your highest standard of town play to try to prove youre scum in some other game, a mistake i was guilty of way too many times.
im willing to let him play out d1 the way he wants to and then see if the motivation to solve the game comes up, cause that would be a strong reliable town tell after the ongoing self-imposed hiatus.

skimmed over mocstas case on breshke and breshkes posts but was focused mainly on koshi rayn and hts.

speaking of hts, my read is likely to not change as i dont see why i should forgive a mistake a likely scum has made. if you catch mafia off a few posts, you caught mafia. if they manage to adapt their play and you reevaluate based on posts where they dont make mistakes, you make the mistake and mafia slips away. been there, seen that from both perspectives.

there was nothing interesting about FFs post, but she tries to say it is in a post that concludes with null. i dont need more. later she townreads him cause she feels she has to cause of that post that put her into the spotlight. thats just another cherry on top.

In any event, if you do want to shoot him I, please the guys advocating this, and especially the guy pulling the trigger, please provide some reasoning deeper than "he started out not being very active". I might be wrong and he may well be scum, but if not, I really want the guys who are so keen to shoot to not fall back on reasoning like "Oh well that's too bad" or "He should have participated more". The thing I really don't want is the Mafia being able to take a shot at a guy, provide almost no reasoning before and then afterwards when he flips town to claim that it was justified because he acted a little unusual.

Yes. Because as town he does shit. He pushes lynches. He'd be Andy to kill someone because D1 is his best day and he goes to shit after d1. But he hasn't done any of that. When he's mafia he's essentially done the exact same thing. Just try to survive.

Also. I think town spirit should push hard for cell mafia. If possible.
