@Killing, it doesn't need to be quick since I don't think night is silent.

I'm willing to engage with this thought even though it won't really help me win (or lose) because I think it is interesting.

I think town benefits from sending a few guards to the device. We don't know what pressing the device does, we don't know what deactivating the device does. But guarding gives information on players' night actions. If you see someone visit the device, you know the player didn't take some other night action (like killing someone in game).

I don't see scrambling & disabling items as likely to be beneficial to me, so I will probably either steal or protect unless I get given some item that will kill me, in which case I would then use power and hope it lands on mafia. You would have a better idea whether this power helps or hurts if you know how some items work.
I kind of infer that if I die it will be through either item use, chaos, or radiation. Maybe if I take someone's item it can be deadly to me, so disabling items would help me survive... I don't know. Either way, I'd rather not use power since it seems like it would increase chaos; if chaos means that town has to make a harsh choice, I feel like I am an obvious choice to be the bearer of bad fate

Also I misunderstood, I'm not immune every night, I can one-shot self-protect but it doesn't take an action.

I'll play, and if the other game ends I'll try to be more active here. But honestly, as 3p there's not much incentive for me to be that active... scum probably doesn't need to waste a shot on me unless I convince town of who they are, and town might kill me as a backup if they feel they don't find real scum.

@IAmRobik What do you think of my point on you and kita being 3p/scum since you claimed being immune to nightkills?

I haven't read thread but was told that syllo claimed I visited kita last night. I don't see any reason to not be open about my actions-

I visited paperscraps last night, he had no item for me to learn about or take. If he had an item d1 that reversed his text, it was consumed or removed as far as I can guess.

I will read thread later this afternoon to catch up.

I have no idea how item switching could benefit my win condition and think it could potentially hurt my win condition. I clarified earlier that I had misunderstood part of my role, I have only one night protection.
I guess one potential use of the item switching is to swap away items that are somehow dangerous (like if I am given a time bomb as there was discussion of that in thread).
