Because historically town has been able to control KP based roles? Unless it's super obvious (CPR doc), people are just gonna fire when they feel like it.

Oats might have gotten a super role due to the draft being perfect. I don't think a bus driver on Marv/gum is that farfetched. In fact bus driver makes THE MOST sense (to me obv). Not that im saying it is oats but he'd be my first choice off speculation due to his "latent swap" ability.
